These Terms govern your use of PBI Design Tools, a browser-based tool for creating Power BI background assets. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Use Of The Service
You may use the service to create, edit, load, and export dashboard background designs for your own personal or business use. You are responsible for the content you upload, create, and export.
Accounts
Some features require login through Auth0. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
Subscriptions And Billing
Paid access is billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, taxes, billing intervals, renewals, and cancellations are handled through Stripe checkout and customer billing tools. Access may be limited or removed if a subscription is canceled, expires, or payment fails.
Refunds And Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription according to the billing tools made available through Stripe or by contacting support. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, payments already made are not automatically refundable.
Your Content
You keep ownership of images, files, and designs you create or load into the app. You represent that you have the rights needed to use any content you upload or include in your exported designs.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to bypass subscription controls, abuse authentication flows, or interfere with the app's operation.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attack the service.
- Upload content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may change, pause, or become unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, security needs, or product updates.
Third-Party Services
The app relies on third-party services such as Auth0, Stripe, and Netlify. Their services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

PBI Design Tools is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft. Power BI is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the service.
